First - In the event of manufacturing defects or damage to the product:
Our customers have the right to exchange/return the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage without shipping fees, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 72 hours of receiving the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after we receive the product and ensure that it conforms to the conditions:
Second - Replacement/refund of the product without manufacturing defects:
Our customers have the right to exchange/return the product provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the customer bears the shipping/delivery expenses. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after we receive the product and ensure that it conforms to the conditions:
If the customer's invoice includes free shipping, and he wants to return some or all of the products, the customer will bear the cost of free delivery in addition to the return value.
Third - Requests for detailing or embroidery of names:
Our customers have the right to replace the detailed or embroidered piece only in the event of manufacturing defects or damage to the piece.
Fourth - Payment upon receipt:
If the customer requests the option of payment upon receipt, any additional request (details - information - writing a name - etc.) will not be prepared unless an advance payment is transferred to ensure the seriousness of the request.
